    Dear Sir,
I have remitted Rs.1000/-(Rupees One thousand only) through e-chalan in the nearby post-office on the morning of 31.12.2012 for NEET-UG examination. When I entered to take the confirmation page, the power supply of our area ( in Tamil Nadu) was cut down. So, I could not take such print out. After that when I was approached the system to take the print out, I was told that I have to pay Rs.2000/-. Then I have finalized myself to remit the balance of Rs.1000/- in the post office. but I was refused to remit Rs.1000/- as additional one and I was replied that I have to pay of Rs.2000/- as one payment. In this circumstances, Shall I lose the previous Rs.1000/- or have I realized Rs.3000/- as the fee for NEET-UG? Please tell me how could I get refund of that Rs.1000?
